Kate Harold, Strategic Initiatives Coordinator with Niagara Region Public Health and Emergency Services Department, will describe how health equity-informed planning was developed and applied to operations in Niagara Region; and
Rita Koutsodimos, Executive Director of the BC Healthy Living Alliance, will identify the best practices used to improve active travel for under-serviced groups in rural and remote communities in BC.
